OJT - On the Job Training Program

Best for: Training newly hired employees

Receive reimbursement for a portion of training wages while your new employee learns the job.

Eligible employers can reduce onboarding costs through this State of Nevada program.To participate, employers must first become an approved State of Nevada vendor.

CWE - Community Work Experience or
CBA - Community Based Assessment

Best for: Evaluating potential employees

See potential employees in action before making a hiring decision.

Participants gain valuable workplace experience while wages and workers' compensation insurance are covered through the program, allowing employers to evaluate candidates with no wage or workers' compensation costs.
