We understand what it takes to get a job and keep it. It is important that we work together to set you up for success. We assist with:

Job Development

Once you are prepped and ready to go, we may have job opportunities available for you. If not, we will begin the job-seeking process together. One of our qualified Employment Specialists will assist you in the following areas:

Coaching & Advocacy

We are here for you every step of the way. If job coaching is part of your plan, rest assured you will have a Job Coach or Advocate to service you. We provide:

Once you have a job, we continue to be by your side for up to 90 Days as long as your employment plan allows.

If you are a Ticketholder with Social Security, we may be able to continue to assist you on your employment journey.

Acquiring Services

Once you have connected with us, our Intake Specialist will schedule an appointment with you to get to know you and your needs. At this appointment, you will want to provide a form of ID and an old resume if you have one.

Develop a Work Plan

Following the intake meeting, our Intake Specialist will create an Individualized Work Plan with you. This plan will outline your needs to assist you with obtaining employment.

Pre-Employment Services

Once we have outlined your work plan, we will begin pre-employment services such as resume assistance and practice with interview skills.

Connect

When you are prepped and ready to seek employment, you will be assigned a skilled Employment Specialist. Our Employment Specialists will connect you with employers and assist you with the application process.

Interviews

Our Employment Specialist will request interviews for you and may attend interviews with you at your request.

Follow up

Our Employment Specialists will follow up with employers post interviews to advocate hiring. Once you are hired, they will advocate work accommodations and follow up with you and your new employer to ensure successful and stable employment.
